Adnetic charges by the number of campaigns and the leads you receive each month. Start on the Free plan; upgrade, switch or cancel through Stripe at any time.

## How limits work

- A **lead** is a public post or comment that matches a campaign's intent and lands in your inbox.
- Lead limits reset monthly. Leads over the limit are not silently lost — they are counted separately so you can see them and decide whether to upgrade.
- The campaign limit is checked when you create a new campaign.
- AI SEO is included in every plan: up to 20 questions per campaign and 5 checks per day.

## Billing

Payment runs through Stripe Checkout and the plan takes effect as soon as it is paid. Change plans, update your card or cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal inside the dashboard.

## Pricing questions

### Does Adnetic have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and includes 1 campaign and 50 leads per month — enough to try the whole flow of finding leads, drafting and approving replies.

### What happens when I hit the lead limit?

New leads that month are no longer accepted but are still counted, so you know how many you missed. Upgrading takes effect immediately.

### How do I cancel?

Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the billing page (Gói & Thanh toán) in the dashboard to switch plans or cancel.

### What does the Enterprise plan include?

Unlimited campaigns and leads, a dedicated SLA and priority support. Pricing is agreed per customer.
